I can hardly believe it, but I’m nearing the end of my reading challenge! So far, I’ve completed 15 out of 20 books, and I’m currently in the middle of finishing two more. That will leave me with just three prompts left—and I have a feeling they might be the most challenging ones yet.
The final three categories are:
- A book based on a fairytale (I actually have two possibilities in mind for this one!)
- A book set on a different planet
- A banned book—which I believe I’ve finally chosen… and it just so happens to have been sitting on my “to read” list for a very long time.
One of the things I’ve loved most about this challenge is how it has pushed me outside of my usual reading habits. I’ve picked up books I may have never chosen on my own, explored new genres, and even revisited books I once set aside. Some have become favorites, while others simply gave me something new to think about—and honestly, that’s been just as valuable.
As I head into these final three books, I’m feeling a mix of excitement and curiosity. Will they surprise me? Will they stretch me? Maybe even become unexpected favorites?
Either way, I’m so glad I said yes to this challenge. It’s been a journey—not just through stories, but through growth as a reader.
And now… on to the final three. 📖✨
